Urbanistas Asociados is a consulting firm inArchitecture and Engineering. It was founded in the city of San José, Costa Rica, in 1971.

The firm is registered as a Consultant company in the Federal College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica.

Urbanistas Asociados has participated in various projects, ranging from urban design, planning, design and inspection of residential, commercial, industrial, institutional projects, country clubs and hotels.

In some cases, Urbanistas Asociados has also developed the project construction management.

This diverse professional practice has allowed to establish over time, a multidisciplinary technical team with extensive experience, capable of developing large-scale and diverse projects.

UA has extensive experience in consulting for the. development of Shopping Centers and mixed use developments.

In some cases the firm has participated in all stages of its development, from the technical feasibility studies for the purchase of the land, to the delivery and settlement of the work.

Recently, the firm has been involved in the development of strip malls and in the conceptualization of mixed-use developments, focused on the mix of commercial, entertainment, housing and hotel activities in one place.
